This is funny, rugged and it got some of the same actors. Stellan is a solid choice, he delivers. Pl Sverre Hagen, Hivju, Baasmo Christiansen, Leo Ajkic - there is loads of famous faces here. Atle Antonsen is making a rather bad role - not nailing the dialect for once. The most interesting actor here is still Bruno Ganz. It's a huge archievent to get him casted here.Well, this is a film about the raging man and snowplower Nils that's after revenge when his son get's killed. He get's into a rugged mob crew, with Pl Sverre Hagen as the pathetic and super witty leader. Many murders, many characters and loads of charm and fun. It's got a "Fargo"-vibe - the most reminiscent film for me.One of the better Norwegian films to come out the last couple of years. This film will both entertain and impress you.8 out of 10 snow movers.

Dan H (ru) wrote: A film that is, at its core, about what it means to be human. It tackles themes of mortality, technology takeover, and transcendence. It's weird, surreal, bizarre, and oddly haunting. The animation and visuals are gorgeous, and clearly would go on to influence such films as The Matrix, among others.

Shawnte M (ca) wrote: I love the energy and spirit of this, the first hip hop movie. It has no real plot to speak of (a guy tags trains and eventually is brought in to tag a park which is used to stage a hip hop concert), and the production values are all but nonexistent, but again, the vibe of the movie is just so engaging to me. And it helps when you have people like Busy Bee, whose charisma and humor are very inviting. And of course I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the great Fab 5 Freddy, who is not only all over this movie (and is clearly high as a kite in just about every scene), but is also hilariously all over the DVD commentary track. There are those who compare this flick to the documentary Style Wars (and also claim that it's miles better than this, which I don't agree with), but I'll stick to Wild Style.
