The film is FUN, LAUGHABLE, FRANK and, sometimes, STUPID. But I love it. Especially the scene when the Mrs. Connelly plays the clapping hands competition with the couple. Love it. Recommended.

Well this is not all that bad of a movie, it has the person who did the special effects for Hellraiser work on the special effects for this movie, though not as good as hellraiser, not even close it still is better the some of the drive-in swill I have seen. Also in this movie is Horshak from Welcome back Carter (always wondered what happen to him) Ron Palillo. Again this is a ok movie, has its funny parts, its not real horror, kind of like Drive in Comedy horror. 4 Young people are at a cabin for the weekend, on the way to the cabin, one of them run's into and almost over Josie played by Abigail Wolcott, and why she only did one movie is beyond me, must have been the name. She was beautiful with and without cloths. Anyway Josie is after one of the guys, and lures him into her clutches, wish I could be so lucky. Josie's dead zombie Dad does all he can to keep guys away from her, (I've met a few zombie Dad's like that). Anyway it has some cool parts, came as a double feature by anchor bay and this was the best of two films. But still only 3 stars
(kr) wrote: The best foreign film I've watched, thus far. Its so good that writing a review would take too much time, but let me just say this: This is a film EVERY person should watch and a film that will still be important a CENTURY from now.
(kr) wrote: Not his best movie, but still a solid performance from Mr Cage
(fr) wrote: This is one of the funniest movies of the early 1970's. The story, the acting as well as the characters helped to make this a great film. In many ways this film was a preview of things to come due to the fact that the very next year with the premier of Shaft, the era of the "blaxploitation" film would begin. Also, you have to wonder if the team who created the Lethal Weapon series were somewhat inspired by this due to the fact that characters of Gravedigger and Coffin are somewhat reminiscent of Briggs and Murtaugh from that series. However, the thing that really made this fun was the brief appearance of Redd Foxx playing a character that was not dissimilar from the character that would earn him his biggest fame, Fred Sanford. This is definitely a lost classic.
