If i watch a movie it's because i want to be entertained. watch a sean penn movie and expect great acting. jason statham movie, expect karate, guns, and stuff exploding. i decided to watch this movie expecting an american pie or sex drive type of dick, boob and fart joke kind of movie. this movie was the worst plot, acted and filmed movie i have ever seen. it's a joke with nonsensical plotlines involving art teachers in lingerie, incestous dads, midgets, some guy from Laguna Beach putting forth the same acting skills Arnold showed in Conan, teen pregnancy, and a neglected brother having sex with hookers. My god, i can't stress this enough....DO NOT BOTHER TO WATCH THIS MESS.

A true testimony to life. As Tevye would sing "To life, l'chaim, to life!!!"Highly recommendedQuote from the film: "I was in the camps with my wife and my girlfriend," says the 93-year-old Holocaust survivor Jack Polak in Michele Ohayon's documentary "Steal a Pencil for Me". "And believe me, it wasn't easy'.

But this is the case here, as this movie tells 'the story of the highest paid spy in history', quotes the movie's tagline.Set during the Second World War, James Mason is very good as Ulysses DIello, the character which the movie is based on.Joseph L Mankiewicz's direction is very good, as is the screenplay by Michael Wilson, and they both received Oscar nominations (Wilson won a Golden Globe for the script).A gripping movie which is well worth viewing and the fact that this is based on true events makes the film very watchable from start to finish. It may be one of Mankiewicz's forgotten films but I consider it to be one of his very good ones and will still be one of Hollywood's finest directors. The dramatic moments keep you on the edge-of-your-seat and the script is well written.
(nl) wrote: Unstoppable is an underwhelming action/drama with Wesley Snipes as a retired Special Forces. The acting is awful. The script is filled with stupid situations just for the sake of blowing something up. There's no logic or even an attempt to make things slightly realistic or interesting. Plot holes, clichs, there's so much wrong with this it's a wonder how someone approved the script.
