(mx) wrote: A really used and abused story, of a person loving another person, who wants to take advantage of the first person's money. Here the two persons are two women, but it's not a plus, since one of the actresses is the monoexpressive Patsy Kensit. Icy-faced Stephen Baldwin doesn't help. Well, I didn't like it at all, but the environment and locations were fine. So, 2 stars.

(nl) wrote: A movie with a winning formula of beautiful storyline, well-casted actors and actresses, elegantly directed. An inspiring piece where what separates genius and insanity is just a simple trust, when courage means taking just one extra step. A movie that shows there is no proof required, because a beautiful heart and mind is bulletproof.

(kr) wrote: Let Me In is a peculiar story, Ive not read the book but its refreshing to have the vampire theme told in a different way. The two young stars of this movie were excellent, especially Chloe Grace Moretz who is dignified in a tough role. Their relationship feels raw, real and the rapport provides much of the immersion. The movie has a sort of disturbing horror element, the effects are creepy and the style is bold and gory. Its a story of deeply troubled individuals whose bond is built on fear and unhappiness but finding resolve in each other making for great entertainment.
(ag) wrote: It's pretty bad. It has some moments, but it plays it too safe with every trope without being satirical.
(kr) wrote: "Simplistic and obvious, but it also does a fine job of emulating the late-'80s monster movies we all know and love."
