Rogerinho S (gb) wrote: Is there even need for satire, when the real life it's parodying is already absurdly comical? This isn't a rehtorical question, the answer's no. It should have been called Americon Dreamz, because it promised one thing and delivered crap instead
Joel M (ru) wrote: 6/10: Based on screenplay by David Mamet and directed by horror master Stuart Gordon, this psycho-thriller is a mixture of American Psycho (2000), Taxi Driver (1976) and Falling Down (1993). Another brilliant William Macy's performance, and be on look out for the many cameos in the movie.

Chanel M (ag) wrote: To say this movie was deeply touching, would be an understatement. It was more than anything I've ever felt - as does most biographies of deep and wonderful people. The last 15 minutes was sobs and crying. A film that not everybody will watch if they know that it's sad, but I usually crave these films, because they are the films that truly mean something in our society (even though it was written in 1993). "The pain of today will be part of the happiness then. That's the deal."
Lee M (kr) wrote: It makes for acceptable, but heavy-handed drama. The film's primary interest lies in its excellent cast.

Ashley H (gb) wrote: The Three Caballeros is a cute movie. It is about Donald Duck receiving birthday gifts and information about Brazil and Mexico. Aurora Miranda and Clarence Nash give excellent performances as their respective characters. The screenplay is well written. Norman Ferguson and Clyde Geronimo did great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the fantasy and humor.

Chris B (us) wrote: "Phantom Ship" aka "The Mystery of the Mary Celeste" is a mystery/suspense drama that is a lesser "Mutiny on the Bounty". While it doesn't live up to the standards of "Mutiny on the Bounty", it still makes for a good mystery film. Some of the scenes are a little jumbled, especially near the end, but we always have a clue of what's going on from the opening. Another good performance, and out of the horror genre, for Bela Lugosi. If you're a fan of Lugosi or Classics, check it out.
