This movie to me was Uplifting, cheeky and inspiring for women. The movie has a huge cast and there all do a flawless job in their roles. Some of the character's in the movie were funny and likable, even Sally Hawkins character in this movie was a true fighter who would do anything to help women to get there rights and respect that they needed. The writing was great, the directing by Nigel Cole was brilliant and well done. But the movie does have some character's in this movie that are Forgettable or Wasn't all that interesting. But those character's are in the background for the most of the movie, but when they have their screen time it was painful.

Kyriacos C (it) wrote: madonna has very low tones in this movie, proper in a movie rather than a musical. she respects her part totally and she acts better than i could imagine. her singing is tolerable.

Scott A (it) wrote: Okay so the movie was never boring and it's production design is amazing, but was there one likable character in this whole film? I mean most of the characters are under written or under developed, and the many side stories going on in the film, I don't think one was given a proper ending.I think even with the unlikable characters, the film could have been very good had they let the movie go on a bit longer to sew up all the plot lines. The entire center revolves around an area of Brooklyn dealing with a strike. That plot actually goes somewhere. But we don't really get any other answers for what ever happened to Lang? Why did Leigh do what she did in the end, and what happened to her after? The cast is mostly okay, but when you take Alexis Arquette and Stephen Baldwin, you are getting the lesser of the family talent. And what was the deal with the main Navy guy's voice??? That wasn't real was it?It's a good period piece to see for all the work the production did on it and to see a great role by Jennifer Jason Leigh, but not much else.

Ho is a thief who is recruited by the 11th prince Wong in disguise, so he can flush out his enemies who are trying to assassinate him.A movie website that lists the man's favourite fight scenes lists the wine tasting duel as his 5th favourite. I prefer the bladed shoe duel, as it starts out brilliantly with tension and suspense and just turns into a full out fight. The movie doesn't rank up the seriousness as much as it should near the end, and the General villain has a terrible english dub. The lack of wrapping up the story also hurts it, even though it does have some great fight scenes.

Yoonki C (es) wrote: 300, is from the director Zack Snyder. First off, this is a visually exciting experience which is flawlessly amazing, full of blood action and violence and ready made dialogue. However, it does go too much over style rather than substance, telling a cohesive story. As the film progresses, it is very repetitive, with repetitive action and heavy exposition scenes which kept me bored and having the desire to see a lot more bloody action and uninterested at the central story and characters, conflict. Overall, 300 is all about great visuals and bloody action, definitely not heavily historically inspired and expelling certain plots and story lines.
