Set in the 1930's circus world, Pattinson former veterinarian student who falls in love with a ringmaster's (Chistoph Waltz) wife (the always lovely Reese Witherspoon). A romantic drama set in a long ago circus era that has ended and still missed. In a world of CGI graphics, it is a bit refreshing to see real periods sets used and populated by real people. Despite a PG-13 rating (for moments of intense violence and sexual content) this film does make for good family entertainment.
