(us) wrote: a cool premise and good fighting however, this movie was constrained from reaching its full potential by a short running time
(ca) wrote: Terrible film. Kurt Angle might be up for a few awards for this one though, best performance in a 2 tall dickheads come back from the grave film since '2 tall dickheads come back from the grave' starring Kate Blanchett and Judi Dench...nah I'm messing, this film is shite so is kurt angle.it's one of those films where the cover and the graphic design on the front of the DVD looks miles better than the actual film.

(kr) wrote: A little sceeny, but very powerful and expressive. Stunning testimony of creativity and innovation of post-punk subculture at its pinnacle. Modern-day goths and other subcultures that mostly draw on 80s will never look the same to me after this movie.
(es) wrote: Unpleasant yet captivating bleak satire of 1970s working class values set against the rather conventional and paper thin (but nonetheless engaging) plot; held together by a trifecta of strikingly dynamic and deeply hard boiled but ultimately intensely humane performances by Pryor, Keitel, and Kotto.
(ag) wrote: I love gritty, hard-life street films, This is quite possibly the worst movie ever. Extremely slow moving, especially in the beginning. No character development, as most characters were devoid of any personality or emotion, except anger. Hard to make sense of why the film makers chose certain things to happen in scenes. Disjointed plot. For example (spoiler alert), why leave your girl on a bus to Florida and go back to NYC while she sleeps? Also, how does the girl get back to NYC with no money? How could she go on the trip in the first place without her drugs? She would go into detox sickness. She seemed fine, though. Not stoned or sick. Finally, it's easily the worst music for any film I've seen in decades. Cross between bad porno music and bad 70's films they made you watch in grade school. Countless examples of bad film making throughout. It's no surprise the film grossed $80K in theaters.
