Phil N (br) wrote: Irish sci-fi horror about a couple of techies who run a military combat simulation in an abandoned facility previously used for torture of prisoners after rendition. And, as the title suggests, their simulation program gets infected by a vengeful ghost. There??s nothing very original about the film, and the dialogue/performances aren??t great, but for a low-budget genre film it??s well executed without too much reliance on digital effects. Better than the synopsis suggested!

This movie is fantastically dark with tons of layers. The script was the only thing lacking, but the scenery and acting makes up for it! This is the kind of movie that I live for and can't wait to see again!

Arthur R (kr) wrote: Technical aspects let the film down (eg. Tension building), and not all the humor works, which is surprising for this style of British movie. There are a number of laughs though and the acting is pretty good. Worth wasting some time on.

George B (jp) wrote: The Misfits are in this!....other than that, this is a fairly boring and bland film. I will admit that the mask is fairly creepy though.

Rick R (gb) wrote: San Francisco (1936)It's the classic MGM bout between bad-boy Clark Gable and good boy Spencer Tracy. In this movie, they were childhood friends. This time Tracy plays Father Mullin and Gable plays Blacky Norton, the owner of a saloon on the Barbary Coast.Mary Blake (Jeanette MacDonald) is a young innocent who needs a job as a singer, who has been classically trained, where Blacky wants to see if her legs can bring in the customers. I know that MGM wanted to give Jeanette MacDonald the work and show how classy a movie company they are, but frankly some of that opera singing was unnecessary, and the chemistry between Mary and Blacky looks totally fake too. Of course Blacky gets reformed with the help of the right woman. The best part of this movie though, is the special effects showing the 1906 earthquake and fire that destroyed San Francisco and the resilient residence ready to build it back up.

Donnie Ray S (de) wrote: It's a simple story that focuses not on plot but it's two characters as we watch then go through a terrible situation, and slowly fall back in love. It's acting is incredible. It is extremely difficult to get such intense emotion purely through facial expressions and body language, and little to none words. It's a joyous film that is filled with beauty.

Cooper H (us) wrote: The story of the prefect bank robbery where Clive Owen actually gets away with it. Denzel Washington tries but can't solve the complex case. Flash forwards break up the main story leaving the viewer to question who is helping Owen.

Shawn S (ru) wrote: The story and characters are a bit more interesting than in the last few installments; however, there are still too many times when nothing happens. The found footage gimmick is seriously wearing thin.
