Brett H (kr) wrote: Gets off to a rocky start, then the preperations for the music festival are fascinating and then the film just kind of fizzles out into obscurity. The main problem is the film's protagonist who comes across a complete bore and you never really care about anything that's going on.
FilmGrinder S (us) wrote: Good production value for what it is, I dug the villain's custome and all the eye candy as well. I found it a bit preachy though as it stabs at republicans, the fast food industry and the revolutionists (hippies!) of the 60's who sold out...or bought in...or how ever you want to spin it. The flick also has tons of references and small tributes to other films and music. P.S. screw the new bugs!

Tim W (ca) wrote: A strange and somewhat touching, and even amusing at times, drama about the last days of James Whale (director of the classic Frankenstein). This movie also had clever (and sometimes not so subtle) imagery, along with making parallels between characters, people from his past, and characters of Frankenstein. There`s more to the movie than first meets the eye. Also includes a brief but interesting look behind the scenes of Hollywood. Not for homophobes. 7.5/10

Mike P (mx) wrote: The cult originally entitled DAY OF THE WOMAN, that shows sadist rapists around the world to keep it in their pants, unfortunately for some of these characters there isn't anything left to put in their pants. If you can endure the highly graphic sexually sadism, seeing this deviants get it in the end is all worth while
Patryk C (gb) wrote: John Ford created this tense and whole-hearted western tale about the legendary Wyatt Earp and his battle both with the law, and with a deadly gang stomping on his feet through the whole time. As he observes the rise of violence and corruption in a desolate town of Tombstone, he decides to become a marshall and finally clean out the city from all the outlaws and no-goodnicks. As hard as it may seem, the Clanton gang makes his job enormously harder. While the plot oscillates around romance, bravery, gun fights, witty dialogues and true grit, the climatic finale gives a rewarding conclusion to the tale, making My Darling Clementine the finest Ford western without John Wayne in the cast. And the titular song is a classic.
