For 3 long and mostly boring hours Will Smith seems like he is doing an over the top impression of one of the greatest boxers whoever lived. His voice is so annoying by the end, your actually hoping someone will knock his teeth in, so he will stop talking. Ali had a unique sounding voice, there was no reason to try and imitate it on this movie, because it sounded really silly and overly done. I know this movie had to be made eventually. I am glad however that they did spend some time on Ali's tumultuous personal life, especially with the women in his life. They do not shy away from the fact he was a total womanizer and never loyal to his wife. They also do not shy away from his overall fraudulent conversion to the Muslim religion. Where he seemingly was coaxed by outside influences to join the Muslims. And actually as you'll see, after he joined with them and let them take over his career, that when his career started to slowly go downhill. This movie is boring and over acted. Pass.
