Nik M (ru) wrote: How She Move has a great cultural presentation with its dance styles, mixing characters with others consistently. But, there is something empty about the film that doesn't reach as high as it could have where the characters are nearly generic and the plot is hardly given much significance.

Tom S (br) wrote: 'High Crimes' relies strongly on its courtroom drama over its emotional connection with the audience - which ultimately spoils a film the ever-impressive Morgan Freeman works hard to make.

Michael T (us) wrote: Simple and intelligent. The one film that could have inspired the likes of Memento. It deserves as much hype as Memento but has so far generated little publicity. Still it is deserving of a watch.

Jason H (de) wrote: Another servicable entry into the sci-fi/horror genre of the 50's. The thing that makes this one stand out a little is the "monsters". They aren't aliens or atomic monsters with a vendetta, rather they act more as an act of nature. It is certainly a unique entry in the genre and is watchable. It isnt a classic by any means but like most Universal horror/scifi releases it isn't as bad as other B movies of the time.

Presence G (au) wrote: Run do not walk to see this gem of a film! It's something that effects us all; if not now in time to come; personally & those we love. And if that's not enough of an incentive, consider all the people that could benefit from the awareness of this film and positive forward movement that is so desperately needed; especially in this country. When we start honoring & caring for our elders with respect and kindness, and change the way that most elderly care facilities are organized and run (mainly like a drug-pushing meet factory & business), our culture will absolutely change. Add to that facing that we all get older and will eventually die in one way or another, and can have the conversation on how to do so gracefully & with community support; while harvesting the gifts getting older brings. Here we have the opportunity to recognize some if the most important values we can inhabit & sustain; the value of human life & the magical creation of music and how we are moved & helped by it.

Alison G (ca) wrote: Want to see it but only because of the good story line, the cast looks very disappointing - at least Bill Nighly and Carice van Houten is in that's something!
