Matt S (br) wrote: This film is one that is considered to be one of the bad ones but to be honest, it is a decent enough film. The ideas of Liberalism are presented fairly well. Once the crew realizes that the inhabitants of a planet are being used for a study by an alien, they must help free them. The planet has a reverse aging affect on every member of the crew but Data, because he is an android. This has all the ideas that I think make Star Trek transcend decades and genres. Of course the villain can be a bit goofy at times but even the bet villains can't help but chew the scenery at times. As with First Contact, Jonathan Frakes directs this one and a think he does a fine job. I say give this one a shot if you are up for a exploration of freedom and free will.

Will B (fr) wrote: Prob my fav in the franchise of Frankenstein's hammer sequels, Peter Cushing at his finest, he has some great lines in this movie and Baron Frankenstein is as stiffed upper lipped and cold hearted as ever in this instalment.

Rory Fyfe S (ru) wrote: Classic movie. Great performances by actors. Hepburn is beautiful, and funny in movie.

Al M (es) wrote: I thoroughly enjoyed Hellgate despite its being a total piece of garbage. Poorly acted, abysmally directed, and utterly stupid, Hellgate can only be enjoyed as the piece of sublime late 80s schlock that it is. Killers, ghosts, zombies, a rejuvenating crystal, cheesy-looking mutant monsters, and hornier young people than you see even in the most aberrant slasher films make Hellgate an absolutely unforgettable of the cheesetastic.

Corey H (ag) wrote: Footlight Parade is the defining pinnacle of mastery by the great Busby Berkeley. With uncanny performances by James Cagney, Joan Blondell, Ruby Keeler, Dick Powell and hundreds of beautiful showgirls, Footlight Parade is a showcase musical highlighting the ingenuity of Berkeley. Complete with his synonymous aerial and diagonal camera shots, lavish numbers and the great music of Tin Pan Alley writers Harry Warren and Al Dubin, Footlight Parade reaches its stunning conclusion with the final three "stacked" musical numbers whose music is still very familiar today with "Honeymoon Hotel," "By a Waterfall," and Shanghai Lil'." Berkeley's classic water ballet, "By a Waterfall," not only arguably remains his greatest achievement, but also may have opened the door 10 years later to an entire genre of water ballet musicals starring the legendary Esther Williams.

Mike T (jp) wrote: It was an interesting and neat movie with some great performances and some very interesting twists and I don't totally remember anything about the movie so I just remember it being fun to watch. I just thoroughly enjoyed the ride, not knowing much of what was going on. 7/10 for being an ultra-cool movie.
