Each Christmas, Santa and his vast army of highly trained elves produce gifts and distribute them around the world in one night. However, when one of 600 million children to receive a gift from Santa on Christmas Eve is missed, it is deemed ‘acceptable’ to all but one – Arthur. Arthur Claus is Santa’s misfit son who executes an unauthorized rookie mission to get the last present half way around the globe before dawn on Christmas morning.

They only shot it on weekends when they had free time, a budget of 6,000, all the actors except for the blonde was just some friends who wanted to help their friend's dream come true, heck this movie's budget was his life savings. This was a fantastic film

(us) wrote: As well written as it is touching, All Dogs Go To Heaven is a fitting and worthy member of Don Bluth's line of memorable classics. If I had to say ANYTHING negative about this film, its that it was probably too avant guarde for it's audience.
