(au) wrote: When classified as a crime drama, one would expect some crime to happen before halfway through the movie.
(gb) wrote: not a huge fan of these intentional bad films, much like sharknado. the girls are super hot and the story is at least fun so you can avoid some of the obvious annoyances
(br) wrote: Matthew McConaughey is shirtless for 99% of the movie :) 5 Stars for the eye candy.

(mx) wrote: Wow, talk about going off the rails. After two stellar installments of what's basically the second X-Men trilogy, this one falls flat on its face. A comically ridiculous villain......I mean really bad. We're talking Mystery Science Theatre level absurdity here. Horrible dialogue, aimless plot lines, poorly developed characters, predictable melodrama, even poor CGI......the whole thing is rife for parody. And it's a shame too because the movie is loaded with acting talent, and the scenes removed from the main Egyptian story line have potential, even some fun moments. But alas, this one is for the hard core X-Men fan only. As character Jean Grey says after exiting a screening of 'Return of the Jedi'........"at least we can all agree the third one is always the worst." In the case of both X-Men trilogies, indeed.
