Quintanilla family was found dead in their country side house. Police reported the existence of 37 hours of recorded evidence. The family traveled to their old farm house, where they investigated about the Legend of the Girl in the Garraf woods. They used to record whatever they did. Atrocious shows the last five days of this family, and the strange situations that they lived in those moments and which remain unexplained.

I liked Vaughan actually working through the dilemma itself, and figuring out what he should do, though Howard doesn't do much with it cinematically. I actually thought that he'd started being affected psychologically by the poisonous plants he fell into, and was disappointed that that never paid off. I think the movie works better if you assume that's what's causing him to act crazy.

The enigma of his character at first seems easy to judge but the struggle and the Chweneyagae's character is something you grow to become emotionally attached to. You don't need a Hollywood setting to make a great , gripping movie. Fantastic. (4th Movie I've ever cried to)

(nl) wrote: Interesting true story, the story of Australia's greatest racehorse. Gives and insight into the history of the horse and its rise to fame. Also shows the impact on the humans involved - the owner, trainers, racing authorities and, quite importantly, the general Australian population. Some very heart-warming moments.Maybe a bit too join-the-dots as far as plot goes, but this does not detract too much from the entertainment.Great performance by Martin Vaughan as Phar Lap's curmudgeony trainer, Harry Telford. Good work too from Tom Burlinson, in only his second cinema movie.

(us) wrote: A uniquely directed biopic of the unsuccessful film director, Ed Wood. This film has a sense of charm to it that drives it forward, perhaps due to an endearing performance by its lead star, Johnny Depp. It is interesting to watch the characters develop and unfold onscreen, as it kept me genuinely engrossed in the interesting story of Ed Wood. This is a film that film geeks will love but casual moviegoers may be lost. I loved it from beginning to end and Burton's direction was fantastic.
