Marina, 23, is growing up with her architect father in a prototype factory town by the sea. Finding the human species strange and repellent, she keeps her distance. Instead she chooses to observe it through the songs of Suicide, the mammal documentaries of Sir David Attenborough, and the sexual-education lessons she receives from her only friend, Bella. A stranger comes to town and challenges her to a foosball duel, on her own table. Her father meanwhile ritualistically prepares for his exit from the 20th century, which he considers to be "overrated." Caught between the two men and her collaborator, Bella, Marina investigates the wondrous mystery of the human fauna.

Stuck in her boring factory town, 23-year-old Marina is at the mercy of both her father's impending death and her distaste for other human beings. . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Emma V (nl) wrote: As a teenager that has grown up not only in a Catholic family but also in a society that portrays the issue of homosexuality as controversial, I found this movie extremely eye opening and interesting. Within the first few minutes of the movie, there was a quote that really stuck out to me: "This country is doing everything it can to make it seem like it is okay to be gay, and it's not." When I heard this I was shocked. How could someone say something so harsh and horrible? Throughout the movie, there were several families with a homosexual son or daughter. Most of the parents mentioned that when their child came out, they referred to the Bible. Leviticus 20:13 states, "If a man also lie with man and a woman also lie with woman, both of them are committing an abomination. They shall be put to death, their blood is upon them." Despite the fact that I am apart of the Catholic community, I had never once before heard of this verse. I feel as though the church portrays homosexuality as a sin that should be punished with death. I find this ridiculous. Overall, I thought this movie was intriguing and gave a new perspective on homosexuality (interviews of Christian parents of homosexuals) that I had never seen before.

Johnny T (ag) wrote: While longtime Tom Green fans will likely find little here to laugh at, this film may add a few more seconds to the "comedian"'s fifteen minutes of fame. But even if he doesn't completely succeed in this new, family-friendly canon, Green still has two letters to go before officially arriving at "has-been." The plot and most of the humour seems directed at a family market yet Green manages to deliver a few knob and tit gags as if the director had turned his back for five minutes and hoped nobody would notice. Bob the Butler is a frequently painful experience full of terrible attempts at humour, lackadaisical performances and a plot that consists of every movie cliche known to man. The really strange thing about Bob the Butler is that the movie is not that bad. I mean, it's definitely Disney Channel Original Movie bad, but nowhere near the stultifying, demoralizing, excruciating experience that was Freddy Got Fingered, although the movies definitely attract two different audiences.VERDICT: "Not So Hot" - [Negative Reaction] These films are truly terrible films. They are not the worst things ever made, but they are definitely awful and should not be seen by anyone. (Films that are rated 1.5 or 2 stars)
