Babaouo

It starts of with an 11minute little documentary on Dali mostly questioning the general public. Then, we are presented with the actual movie itself, it starts with an extreme long shot of a scenic background which then fades away overlapping the next shot of a girl walking along the beach side, she sees a table with an extremely white sheet and a letter placed on the table, she reads it out loud and suddenly a computer screen is superimposed onto the sea, and we are taken back into the 4th of November 1932.

Paul A (ca) wrote: Critics panned it. Audiences loved it. I'm with the audiences.

Magnus S (jp) wrote: Worth a look for genre fans.

Arvinth K (kr) wrote: average one --- not a movie of this generation --- INDIAN movie industry should really think abt forcibly adding 5 to 6 songs --- that makes really annoying & boring most of the times

Scott M (au) wrote: A wonderful exploration of master character actor, Edward Furlong, as "Fat Kid Rock".

JJ M (kr) wrote: A deeply sad and slightly depressing interpretation of a short story by Haruki Murakami. As a self-proclaimed fanatic of Murakami's writings, I just can't for the life of me imagine a right way in which one 'should' portray his surreal and metaphysical notions of life, love and just about everything else on screen. Maybe Jun Ichikawa shouldn't of, but then again he did try. And although it's not the worst adaptation of all time, it still snags on some precocious elements that are possibly better left to the narrator of the story to explain, rather than a couple of vacant actors to embody. I'm assuming I would feel the same way about Norwegian Wood (released last week) and that was a full novel!!

Cooper H (nl) wrote: Labeled as a comedy, I didn't find myself constantly laughing but I did think it was a very good movie where Catherine Keener really shines.

Marshall M (jp) wrote: well this movie is like gremlins more odd though ok movie but much a rip off.

Tommy W (ag) wrote: Absolutely amazing, unbelievable cast, unbelievable story, just an absolute classic

Omar S (us) wrote: Great movie. :D OMG I LOVED IT! Anil and Madhuri together again. LOVED IT!

Heather T (it) wrote: Oh I love this movie, and the rats are stunning. Many are Aguti, Himalayan, Cinnamons or PEW. Heaven for us rat lovers *****

Pourya E (fr) wrote: This is perhaps the first movie that I have seen being about a young girl running away from a miserable life and finding nothing but peace and happiness in the porn industry! I am not saying that it promotes the wrong values or morality, but in the end it comes across as an excise to flaunt the perky breasts of miss Hinshaw. Not that I minded that!

Sr R (ca) wrote: Second World War through the eyes of the Germans. Interesting movie with a strong plot, in which the Vatican is being exposed for decisive role they played. Definitely recommended.

Lee M (kr) wrote: The mean streets don't get any nastier than the high school parking lots in this cool-crafted mystery.

P P (ru) wrote: Put together a couple of brilliant actors and let them dance a verbal (and literal) pas de deux. Engaging script by Hanif Kureshi. This one is painful to watch at times, but never loses its charm. A winner.
