JeanAntoine B (nl) wrote: In this movie you witness such great acting by Tilda Swinton; as a difficult relationship between a mother and her son has led to a tragic and unexpected event.

Riko A (ag) wrote: Ive been hearing a lot about this martial artist/actor. Every generation it is believed there is a 'Bruce Lee' of Asian cinema. After Bruce Lee, we had Jackie Chan, then Jet Li, and now, possibly Jacky Wu. I've always considered him as China's response to Thailand's 'Tony Jaa' and to show that Chinese Nationalism. This film lives up to the hype of a great new Martial Artist and its brutal fight scenes, and showcasing this new contender in the Kung Fu genre. The story though takes a back seat as the characters are not relatable, and to some point frustrating. Can it be cultural differences? What ever the case may be the ending was logical, predictable, and to the point. It feels like the film didn't have an ending, and that when the time came, they just picked the simplest one, then instead of sticking with the statement, backs down and makes it 'Happy'.

Gilbert is his family's main breadwinner and also has to care for his mentally disabled brother Arnie (DiCaprio) and his morbidly obese mother, which becomes a challenge when love walks into his life. Leonardo DiCaprio in one of his best roles. Great film!

Caitlin W (us) wrote: The minions had us talking about Despicable Me 1 and 2, so we were all pumped to see a Minion movie. However, I didn't feel that it payed off. Because you can't understand them, their talking can be annoying and their origin doesn't really make sense. So I feel that the minions are good in small dosages but not in a full movie
