James B (es) wrote: Many of you know I am not a fan of big team sports - not sure why, but I think because I just don't see the nobility in them - however, this little movie gives me some insight into the attraction of these big money activities through the story of a young man who simply will not take "No" for an answer (a favorite topic of mine). The movie soundtrack here is especially good - beautiful and thoughtful (also one of my favorites).

Chris C (nl) wrote: 'She' really required no sequel, so this film was a pleasant surprise. It is not awful, as one may expect, but is actually a great adventure tale, and well finished. The story is rather far-fetched and bizarre, but it captures you and you can suspend disbelief - almost. Credit must go to Hammer for producing a risky sequel, rather than a straight and obvious cash-in. And the ending will keep you mulling things over for a good wee bit. So, basically, not as bad a film as the idea may sound!

Guillaume H (ca) wrote: extremely tedious for the first 30 minutes, and its not so much an epic movie as a very long one. The melodrama is sometimes overpowering, But all in all its very beautifully made and progressive for its time. So its without a doubt a well made movie that gets you involved in a its caracters, a fact that its burst of boringness cannot really damage

Tony C (au) wrote: Gripping, suspenseful and keeps you guessing to the end.

Riff J (de) wrote: Great movie with incredible action sequences, great cinematography and a very well laid out plot. The film keeps you guessing even though we all know the outcome, and imho that would be the film's greatest achievement.

Christopher H (ca) wrote: With a flaccid plot and loose performances with little to no motivation or reasoning for changes of heart, Rollerball relies on its pumped up adrenaline and complicated foreign sport to provide for any action to drive the film. With little invested throughout the entire film, the payoff seems hardly worth it and ends in what can only be described as a self-inflicted train wreck.
