Peter J (ca) wrote: Interesting story, storytelling TOO SLOW, then final third too rushed.

Tara H (us) wrote: It's so refreshing to see a straight-up action comedy with two great female stars. Sandra Bullock, as an uptight CIA agent, reminds me once again why she has been a bankable star for so long - despite looking Hollywood perfect, she's not afraid to play for laughs. And rising star Melissa McCarthy is hilarious as the loud-mouthed cop. Great popcorn movie, and IMO a much better prospect than most of the summer blockbusters.

Matty S (br) wrote: Well, Marc Webber's baby is cute. ...It was sort of like watching an out of work actor's depressing home movies. I suspect the intention was to entertain, but I was bored.

Ryan G (mx) wrote: An ugly and forgettable movie.

Steve W (kr) wrote: This made for TV film about a Nazi death camp isn't polished around the edges, but its a slow burning thriller with an inspiring and suspenseful conclusion. Rutger Hauer and Alan Arkin raise the quality a little bit, telling the tale of a courageous prison escape.

bill s (au) wrote: Good acting but it loses steam and rolls to a halt in the middle.

Art S (br) wrote: Randolph Scott again plays a stoic straight-up and honorable loner who, in the course of doing good (rescuing white women who have been taken hostage by the Comanches -- who are portrayed as savage and from a distance), ends up running with some bad guys. We gradually learn his motives (which may or may not be the $5000 bounty offered by Mrs. Lowe's husband). Beautifully set in a familiar western terrain full of boulders. Claude Akins stars as a baddie, not hamming it up too much, in fact.
