Joe M (au) wrote: This documentary was just ok to me. The camera goes back and forth between the soldier's experience and then his experience at home. At home it shows his physical disability challenges, and in Afghanistan, his day to day challenges fighting the Talabon. Very sad documentary. Dark.

James G (de) wrote: I thought this movie was supposed to be scary. It made Alone in the Dark look like it should have won an academy award. I mean honestly, by the end of the movie I was rooting for the demon to kill Mikah. If you've seen the trailers, you've seen the movie. If anything, this movie is some kind of stupid social experiment to see how many people they can screw out of their $10.

David V (au) wrote: It just kind of looks like Argento forgot how to make a movie. This looks cheaply-shot, cheaply-acted, and seriously how else does the guy figure to keep people watching? Put some boobies in there every few minutes! There are lots, and I'm certainly not complaining (and there are lots, if I haven't mentioned) but Argento at times gracefully homages Hitchcock and then right after he shamelessly rips him off! Seriously I would take DISTURBIA as a more fitting REAR WINDOW homage than this film. This thing is messy, rather nonsensical, and almost so obvious you start going back to figure out why you're wrong about what's going on until you finally go "oh, yeah, there it is. I was right all along. What a waste of time." Argento has done MUCH better, but if you're a fan of his it's worth a look. He is still better than most out there, especially in the realm of horror/suspense, but this is almost like someone ripping off Argento ripping off Hitchcock!

Vyacheslav K (jp) wrote: Decent movie, though a lot of the plot elements didn't make much sense. The hacking stuff was not believable, but I was able to suspend my disbelief since it's a Die Hard movie and such things are to be expected. It hardly compares with the previous films in the series, but I was able to have fun with it towards the end, and the chemistry between Mclane and his hacker buddy was definitely there. The CGI was awful in some parts and really stood out, even for 2007. Not a movie I would watch again, but you may as well check it out if you're a fan of the series.

Wladmir W (it) wrote: It's a great way to remember things of the past as the old television series and Billy Idol playing the John Tracy

Mike S (it) wrote: If I could only bring one comedy movie with me to a deserted island, this would be it. I just hope there's also something to play it on and watch it.

Cillas L (gb) wrote: I'm a big fan of Fritz Lang. This film has a good story and characters as well, However, like someone said here already: "I wasnt to thrilled by the story, very predictable".

Octavio M (ca) wrote: I have to make this admission that I've never seen any of the Powell & Pressburger films on the pretense that these were beautifully shot boring movies; and after seeing Narcissus for the first time, I'm happy to report that not only is this one of the most beautifully shot films I ever seen, but also one of the most expressive and inventive melodramas ever committed to the art of filmmaking. I mean, there were some scenes in this film where I was genuinely floored by the beautiful cinematography and the impressive production design!

Richard S (br) wrote: Wonderful old movie and acting performances of Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland.

Bradley P (ca) wrote: An important film for Hitchcock that would set the stage for his invasion of excellent films; Peter Lorre is fun to watch as well.
