Nathan M (de) wrote: Or Is This The First Thai Movie I've Seen?A sweet and inspiring film about a young boy trying to overcome his past and earn his own place in society and his father's heart. It's incredibly endearing, and a film that will warm your heart if you let it. I definitely wasn't aware of what to expect, but the film balances both dark and unexpected twists with more conventional storytelling techniques. It's worth your time.

Inta K (br) wrote: liked the story in the story.. but otherwise pretty poor movie..

Brendan N (kr) wrote: Just bad storytelling, some of the characters were interesting but the stupid jokes and cruelty of the film makes it hard to enjoy. Should've been funny, the concept wasn't half bad.

DC F (jp) wrote: A great deal of trashy fun where the plot is never explained, the acting is horrible and the dolls are cool killers!

JAMES C (kr) wrote: A real sleeper. Felicity Huffman plays a transsexual male who finds out he has a soon the week before the final surgery to change her physically into a woman, and she has to deal with that before she goes under the knife. It sounds really heavy, but it's done with a light touch, and still tells a very moving story. Felicity Huffman was nominated for an Oscar for this film.

Mika S (mx) wrote: Beautiful filming, unexpected soundtrack & in general a wonderfully awkward juxtaposition of horror and humor. If you're anything like me you're liable to be hiding cautiously behind you hands and simultaneously giggling the whole way through!

Erick F (jp) wrote: Fucking enjoyed the hell out of this movie. Good gore, good old school exploitation death. Silly fun characters. Cult classic. Cult concept, cult execution. Watch if you are into cult gore movies.

Aldo M (kr) wrote: Not an easy thing, for sure, this Bergman's Persona.Technically it is gorgeous, the black and white is perfect, it is possible to see the almost maniacal care in the study of shadows and the perspective of faces. However, this movie did not spoke to my feelings. It beautifully spoke to my brain (and I am sure many things I will understand from it as time is passing by: because I am thinking to this movie, it is something going deep). But, emotionally, nothing to be compared to the Wild Straberries, just to name one.Honestly, I like more an emotional movie, to an intellectual one. At least, at this time of my life. One note: I was thinking to Davind Lyinch more than once, as I was watchin this movie. The inspiration is very clear, I believe.

Daniel D (gb) wrote: not so much a comedy as a light drama - excellent!!

Cameron L (kr) wrote: A sweet action pack movie with awesome script, I got emotionally involved in the characters, the story, and the dialogue. Warner Bros. another well job done

Luke E (fr) wrote: Based on True Events centering on the youth of Modern Day Ireland, 'What Richard Did' is a fine intelligent and absorbing drama, following the tough times of an adolescent involved in a violent incident that may change him forever. The film never over exaggerates its bleak tones among its smooth scripting, deft editing and fine performances from such a gifted cast. Highly recommened for the most persistant viewer in search of realistic drama on such a suttle and refreshing scale.

Tiago A (br) wrote: Awesome combat scenes, this movie is completelly amazing. If you want to see a good action movie, there is one you might like.
