Jonathan S (es) wrote: A quiet film with subtlety and compassion and a few things that even reminded me of "Pather Panchali."

Josh W (jp) wrote: Excellent movie. Realistic take on alcoholism in the spirit of The Lost Weekend and/or Leaving Las Vegas.

Sebastian H (us) wrote: Unparalleled gimmicks, ludicrous special effects and hilarious tricks. Along with a ridiculous dub that makes for the most fun with a kung fu movie possible. Just don't take it serously

Renee R (kr) wrote: Confusing and horrible, Why did someone make this into a movie, I couldn't watch the whole thing that Shit!!!!

Courtney H (it) wrote: not as good as funny girl, but its nice to send how it all ends. really sad though.

Matthew L (de) wrote: All flash and bang, very much an Iron Man film as barely anytime is given to Tony Stark. Will probably please fans of the character who feel that the live action films spend to much time of Stark out of the armour. There are elements within this film that loosely connect it with the live action trilogy but they are brief and fleeting. Rhodes/War Machine gets a few moments in between the whip crack zooms of the retina destroying fight scenes, but Norman Reedus as 'The Punisher' is wasted as both actor and character, Hawkeye is largely along because lets face it no one is going to want to see a solo film, animated or otherwise, of this guy and Black Widow is along largely because you can't have an anime without a woman with enormous breasts every other scene. This is for die-hards and completists only.

Nicholas N (mx) wrote: The plot is less messy than POTC 3, told better. Most of the action scenes especially the mermaid scene is too notch with beautifully shot shots. However the lack of Will Turner and Elizabeth from the previous 3 pulls the movie charisma deeply.

Ivan V (us) wrote: Every corny, bad parody tries to be what this movie never intended to do. without taking itself to seriously, it spawned famous catchphrases and characters so stupidly funny, you couldn't help but laugh. We all know its not a deep, personal story that's going to change your life. the creators never intended it to be that. it was intended to be what it is today, a parody that people will remember. It got that alright. It got that and much, more. this turned out to be a parody everyone wanted to be. Movies like Date Movie, Epic Movie, Vampires suck, and Meet the Spartans use the same formula that Scary Movie invented. They overuse it, yeah. But you cannot blame this movie for others steeling and basing their material of its own. Before this movie, THIS was the first of its kind and it was funny! dumb but funny. to me, that counts enough to be respectable in the movie business and directing.
