Tyler R (br) wrote: It was ok. The plot was different and the action was violent and gritty. But the movie was slow paced and boring. Still watchable.

Ak K (ag) wrote: surprisingly, i liked to plot and how this movie picks up after the age of camelot. sadly, the CG work and acting wasn't so good. i hated gauis baltar's accent the most. :P

Daniel H (au) wrote: I love Plan 9 From Outer Space but I didn't find this funny - not even so bad its funny, just plain boring. Had Ed Wood cut out mots of the parts with Dr. Acula it could have been much better

James (jp) wrote: average period thriller.but it does have Brian Blessed in which always makes things better I think.

Becca B (gb) wrote: Watching this for the first time in 2016, I find the film to be boring and way too long for too little plot. There are thousands of films in existence. Watch something else. I guess you can watch this film if you have watched everything else, but probably not even then. I wonder why this film was so popular in the late 70's? It just doesn't make sense. The original Star Wars film is still as enjoyable to watch now, as it was in the 70's when it came out. I can only surmise that the drug culture and the fascination with space, as a result of the successful and enjoyable Star Wars and ET movies helped this film along on their coattails.I remember doing drugs in the 70's and watching movies, and the drug rendered awe and stupidity went a long way into making one think an otherwise boring and unwatchable movie was actually a good movie. I think this is the case with this film.Basically it is as boring as going to church or the symphony. Watch this on drugs, and if that is not possible, watch something else.
