Demon Hunter

A young girl tormented by the tragedies of her past is brought in for questioning by the police over the death of a man, who she claims to be a demon. Detective Beckett realizes this is the same girl he made a broken promise to seven years ago that he'd find the monster that raped and murdered her 12 year old sister.

But Zsa Zsa Gabort said that the actors were asked not to laugh at the script - based on a story by Ben Hecht! The acting is thus (knowingly?) incompetent and over the top, the set design looks like it's been stolen from Playmobil Land (especially the Beta Disintagrator), and the Venusians are as convincing as ladies at a cocktail party. I really wonder what this Edward Bernds director had in mind while he shot, but everybody loves to "hate zat evurl queen"...
