Devlin R (ca) wrote: What's so fascinating about this film isn't it's ability to develop characters or plot but rather its' commentary on those very concepts through the illustration of human behaviour in an art gallery. Humans want to fully understand and experience a sense of closure from the artworks in the very same way they want those sensations from this film; neither the artworks nor this film will deliver in such an expected way and this is what defines a true original.

Sean W (it) wrote: Title left my head scratching...a few people wake up, but there is no screaming -- although Somewhere Over the Rainbow plays constantly throughout the score. Great noir film with a solid cast topped with one of the creepiest, most menacing cops in movie history.
Ashley H (br) wrote: Monsters University is a cute film. It is about the look at the relationship between Mike and Sulley during their days at Monsters University. John Goodman and Billy Crystal give terrific performance as their respective characters. The screenplay is well written. Dan Scanlon did a great job directing this movie. I enjoyed watching this motion picture because of the adventure and drama. Monsters University is a must see.
Christopher E (ag) wrote: If you're going to write a movie about weed at least have some clue about how it works... turn up and smoke loads of wet weed straight off the plant? how did they cure the weed? That aside, it's a stupid movie with no redeeming qualities. If it was "highly personal" to the director, as a prior reviewer said, then he was a nooby smoker with no idea who smoked weed in the forest for the first time, got all paranoid and decided that it must have been the strongest alien weed ever to justify the fact that he can't handle his shit? That's kind of how it feels... the whole "weed is all magical" reverence of buds bullshit is lame. All the "risking our lives for our country" shit can fuck off too.The only things this piece of shit has going for it is the low production value and the quite lovely forest scenery. The lead actors were all fine too. People who have never smoked pot might enjoy it...
