(jp) wrote: You know, this had real potential, and it does score highly in the first 30 minutes of the movie, but it just falls flat thereafter. This has an absolutely cooky cast, some very funny moments and dialogue and just an overall fun feel, but once the main character becomes a werewolf, the movie just isn't as much as fun. Everything leading up to that is great though. I enjoyed it mostly, but I found myself wondering when it was going to be over...and that's not a good thing when you're trying to entertain an audience. I don't know if anyone else has felt that way about it, but I did. If it had the snaz and snap that the beginning of the movie had, it could have been a stellar cheesy 80's guilty pleasure. Hell, it pretty much IS a guilty pleasure already, but not of the classic guilty pleasure ilk I'm used to.

A film about film making, it revolves around a young man who ends up making films funded by his factory and the local council. He battles with censorship and the breakdown of his own family as he becomes more and more committed to his art. Highly recommended.
