Rob B (it) wrote: Derivative, but what it does it does well. Funny & scary in equal turns, it's proof there's more good found footage films than just The Blair Witch Project.

Lucero C (gb) wrote: Its a very heavy film, and in the beginning of the film, the audience doesn't connected well with the character but eventually you get to learn more about them and you start to sympathies with their situation. You've to be in the right mood to watch this film because is really heavy. And Christian Bale continues impressing me with his acting!

Arun D (ca) wrote: Predictable storyline, one-dimensional characters, boring dialogues and just an overall disaster!....LS:2050 is a bad blend of Hollywood sci-fi's such as:1) Back to the Future(the whole "doc" thing with Boman Irani)2) The Time Machine(the basic idea of time travel and also the holographic screens)3) I,Robot(some fight scenes)4) The Fifth Element(the whole setting of Mumbai 2050 and Priyanka's red hair!)5) Ultraviolet(the henchmen and the way they are killed)...And there were a few more, but i cant remember all their names.

Katherine P (br) wrote: A sharp and observant dark comedy about the cynical son of an upper-class New York family who strikes out on his own to escape the demons of his past and forge his own identity. With echoes of Catcher in the Rye, this film has a wickedly funny cast and quite a few moving moments amidst the adult humour. The film's fatal flaw is that it asks the audience to care about a young man who is only likeable in comparison to all the other crazies in his life - then again, that could just be the point.

Chance P (br) wrote: Lame but I love Lisa Kudrow so it was bearable

WakeWRC89 (fr) wrote: Worth a watch. Abit too long and slow to build up and some moments that didn't do it any favours but it's a pretty good watch for someone who hasn't seen it before.

Patrick Q (mx) wrote: This was hilarious. He just took stuff apart in his spare time. Then he meets this girl and falls in love. Yahoo was so funny.

Jameson A (us) wrote: it looks ok so i guess i want to see it.

James M (es) wrote: Silly slapstick comedy. It's appeal depends on whether or not you're a fan of Martin Short.

Tom H (nl) wrote: i usually love most of Chuck Norris`s movies. but this one was pretty average and lacked in the usual cheese.

Matt N (mx) wrote: Brilliant stirring stuff, showing how Douglas Bader rose above (pun intended) his disability to become a leading fighter pilot during the Battle of Britain.Ideal viewing on a wet afternoon!

Darren S (ru) wrote: I'm not sure why no one can film a compelling depiction of the battle of the Alamo. This one's only worth it if you're a Sterling Hayden fan (which I am).

Mloy X (us) wrote: Huw Morgan (Irving Pichel): [Narrating] Memory... Strange that the mind will forget so much of what only this moment has passed, and yet hold clear and bright the memory of what happened years ago; of men and women long since dead. I've often said that they don't make movies like these any more and unfortunately, it's often true. This was such a simple movie: no special effects or computer graphics or animation of any sort, no flashy smoke and mirror technique-- just a bunch of wonderfully, talented actors , coupled with a beautiful and simple story of a family and inevitable corruption of everything that was good and pure in their valley. Roddy McDowall was simply amazing, even as young as he was, you can see the promise in his academy caliber performance. He was genuinely unique and superbly talented. The story as simple as it was, was nevertheless compelling and full of symbolism-- how the deterioration of the residents in their little valley was directly tied to the deterioration of the valley itself. When the valley was green, the people were kind and simple, but once the valley turned black from the coal mines, so did the hearts of it residents but not tarnished by the soot from the mines, but from greed and jealousy, propagated by corporate avarice and economic strife. This was an incredible film with an epic cast that delivered wonderful performances. A genuine timeless Hollywood a masterpiece.

Je M (gb) wrote: A stone-cold classic that unfolds almost gently, tension rising inexorably but at a deliberate and masterful pace. Wayne is perfection in his best role at 51.
