Eats people, hunts cars in high speed and hangs out in caves, sugar plants or in an old loge Elvis Presley used to rent. All these "something Vs. something"-movies are pretty much the same, which is a bit sad. eventhough it's on a TV budget it would still be possible to do something at least a bit funny. And the C-soap opera or porn actors or whatever they come from, the actors could make use of some lines with just a little bit thoght and dramatic work. It is actually very close to be interesting, and the endings are always horrible in these Vs.movies for some reason

Will N (es) wrote: Helen Mirren delivers another beautiful performance as a mother recovering from a nervous breakdown who finds love again with the nanny. Helen is always an absolute joy to watch. She could read the yellow pages and still be moving and seductive. Kyra Sedgwick tries, but doesn't quite make it. Kevin Bacon's capable direction is helped by the gorgeous locations. An interesting ending memorable for Helen's reading of the narration--a mixture of melancholy, hopefulness and nostalgia.

Vladimir K (br) wrote: A really good and touching movie, despite being extremely long (more than 3 hours in director's uncut version I saw on Amazon VOD.) Very erotic and quite explicit, but far from being stupid. I really like the work of all participated artists, but main characters played by Beatrice Dalle and Jean-Hugues Anglade are just great.

The storyline for this picture is very interesting and carried by unique and dynamic characters. The acting is very good and the cast includes Errol Flynn, Dean Stockwell, Paul Lucas, Thomas Gomez, Reginald Owen, and Cecil Kellaway."Those who beg in silence starve in silence."I came across this picture on Turner Classic Movies (TCM) and had to DVR it since it starred Errol Flynn. This was a well done movie that I thoroughly enjoyed. The characters are worthwhile and entertaining and the film comes together well. I recommend seeing this once."I killed my first man when I was fifteen years old."Grade: B

Danny M (es) wrote: Good. But not great. All the stuff with Jabba the hut I like, and all the stuff with sky walker and Vader I found very good. But the eWoks is just dumb and took me out of the film a bit
