Eden L (nl) wrote: This works far better as a short than as a feature-length film. The animation is a little sloppy, although that's probably a reflection of its origin as a web cartoon. After a while the humour may be get somewhat cliche and one-dimensional, but it's full of catty one-liners. Amazingly, the cast members include Mark Hamill, Billy West (whose golden chords have given life to many animations like Futurama) and David Duchovny in a cameo role.

James C (es) wrote: After being re-animated by his demon minions, Radu chases after newly-turned vampire Michelle as she escapes to Bucharest with the Bloodstone. Taking place directly after the events of the first movie, 'Bloodstone' is just as good as (if not slightly better than) it's predecessor. The story, acting and production values are improved, but the movie still keeps it's classical feel. As the single returning cast member, Anders Hove reprises his role as Radu well, and the rest of the characters (especially the creepy 'Mother') help the story move along nicely. The 'next chapter' style works just as well, and the abrupt ending makes you want to know what happens next. A fine sequel that shows how good low-budget horror film-making was in the 90's.

mike p (mx) wrote: Heres a really wacked out film about a diner thats a front for communist spies. A very young Lee Marvin plays a cook named Slob! And hes every bit of his name. There are random moments of total halarity like when MArvin and Keenan Wynn are lifting weights in the diner, or when Wynn is wearing a scuba suit while holding a spear gun acting like hes on the bottom of the ocean. This film is insane, sleazy And highly recomended! TCM started to play it recently...so check it out!!

Mitchell M (de) wrote: "My Week With Marilyn" contains superb portrayals from Michelle Williams and Kenneth Branagh, which is just enough to overcome the film's lightweight, scatter brained narrative.
Patrick K (nl) wrote: This actually turned out to be good in the end after the trailer showed it to be a generic Irish version of The Hangover. It was hilarious as a group of guys embark on a stag weekend in the wilderness. Totally worth the time and effort to watch and one of the funnier films ive seen this year

Hoss J (jp) wrote: The sets are gorgeous and so are the ladies. The dialogue is unforgivably bad. "But Maya, you are nothing but a lowly servant!" is a typical example of the as-you-know-Bob exposition technique, which should not be used ever. I found it difficult to understand Maya's motivations. She sleeps with a king to make her best friend mad, then she falls in love with some other guy, then the king gets mad and kills that guy, and it's supposed to be tragic? This situation could have been easily avoided if she had a sassy gay friend.
