Corey C (jp) wrote: Interesting, though the particulars of the case itself aren't as fascinating as the documentary seems to think. The most interesting parts are those that hint at Polanski's mindset, which are few and far between; one gets the feeling that this might make a far more effective docudrama. Still, I like the evenhandedness of this piece.

Som bekant ger jag inte mycket fr den parlamentariska demokratin, men jag vet ocks att gra en sansad bedmning. Och som thriller? Nope, det hr har vi sett frr, och dessutom mycket skickligare utfrt.

George P (nl) wrote: Willem Dafoe is a man with a past. You know he is a man with a past because he has a stupid haircut and spends the ENTIRE FILM moaning about it" moan moan moan moan" thats all he does is moan. He's trying to track down a serial killer so he can moan at them about their killing shenanegans. Some of the art in the film was very nice, I especially liked the bloke who had his own head up his ass.

Rob C (ca) wrote: A film that played like Half Baked, but with ecstacy as the drug of choice. We have some light performances by the actors, with the better half of it coming from Eddie Kaye Thomas. The diversity of the different characters to whom the protoganist, Lou Taylor Pucci, sells to are a welcomed treat and add that flair of comedy to a weak script. Michael Pena has the better dialogue when it comes to offbeat chatter while his associates are just walking in his shadow; unknown to everything around them. Fifty Pills is purely a Made-for-TV film, with nothing special going on in its corner.

Jake C (fr) wrote: Aww damn! I cannot see it. Because it's rated R & PG-13. :(

Matt M (gb) wrote: A cop, who steals $450,000 to help the woman he has an affair with has to track down the money to clear his name when all evidence points against him. The usual high speed Denzel Washington starring thriller, it doesn't stand out particularly due to the naivety of the script which is content with being superficial despite of the many psychological aspects of the story which would have been worthwhile focusing on.

Braden J (it) wrote: It seems George Lucas copied this movie a lot for Episode 1,but it also seems this copied Road Warrior and too many to list! Does it matter? There is hardly any originality in the world these days anyways. This is a true LOW BUDGET film that is at least semi tolerable to watch.
