Rochelle H (au) wrote: The home video footage was the real treat. The documentary maker had more than half of his job done for him right there. Great and very privileged footage, great unraveling of the storyline, flowed very naturally. Rather than a study of the veracity of the case/testimonies, it was a very interesting look into a very strange family dynamic.

Charles S (ag) wrote: Powerful story about the crippling effects of Alzheimer's and all the people that drawn into the circle.

Jim S (kr) wrote: I remember when this movie was first released and a friend of mine really wanted me to go see it. I was very hesitant because I had recently seen a bunch of Julia Roberts movies and really didn't like them much (remember that turkey "Runaway Bride"...unfortunately I do). But, I agreed to go and now I don't regret it...not one bit. I think this movie has helped define Julia Roberts as an actress and completely changed the way I view her as the star that she is. Not that she needs my endorsement...lol. By the way, the direction of Steven Soderburgh and the supporting cast is pretty good as well.

Chris O (br) wrote: A surprisingly sympathetic (to the Apache) view of the Geronimo campaign. The movie moves along a little slow, but this grand western in the John Ford tradition is worth watching, and seemed to be relatively accurate historically too.

Dann M (br) wrote: Goofy and lighthearted, Teen Wolf is a classic '80s cult comedy. High school basketball player Scott Howard is going through some changes, and is taken by surprise when he turns out to be a werewolf; but what's more surprising is that being a werewolf makes him more popular at school. Michael J. Fox leads the cast and gives a good performance. And, the makeup effects are fairly well-done. However, the directing is weak, as is the soundtrack: adding very little energy to the film. Additionally, the storytelling is especially poor; particularly in how nonchalant everyone is about a teenage kid turning into a werewolf. Teen Wolf is incredibly cheesy, but it's also kind of fun.
