Casey L (ca) wrote: don't listen to these idiots who reviewed this before me. they are hopeless japan-freaks and otaku and probably like anything from japan. they even try to learn japanese and type things like "kawaii" in their reivews. otherwise they would not be able to endure, let alone praise cr*p like this. this is a TERRIBLE movie. please don't waste any time on it. it's your typical japanese sappy fanfare that they mass produce alongside toyota hybrid cars. in case you are wondering, yes, one of the main characters will die from some terminal illness.
Matthew D (es) wrote: An energetic, perfectly cast film which seems to get stupider by the scene. Maybe that's what makes it very, very funny and exciting. Dame Maggie Smith plays Grace to perfection, as well as Rowan Atkinson and Kristin Scott Thomas, but nods to the two children Egerton and Parkes, who constantly entertain.

Jane P (ru) wrote: Very bizarre story line I kept thinking, this is going to turn a corner but it didn't. It was anticllimactic, with an abrupt ending. I don't think that there was any plot to this movie. It wreaked of child porn and mental illness. It was painfully slow movie. Don't waste your time

jeremy e (nl) wrote: Excellent. A laugh, but with a deeper meaning, the full impact of which is revealed at the end after George Burns has at last been collared.
Jens S (br) wrote: Given the mediocre to bad reviews I expected so much less, but this is highly entertaining, self-aware, funny and pretty sexy, to be honest. It helps that the movie never takes itself too seriously, given the ridiculousness of the story that's the only way to go. The two leading ladies have a great chemistry together, Fox (usually not a big fan) seems to have been born for this role. Even the end credits leave you with a naughty grin on your face. Lighten up, this is actually shallow fun!
