(de) wrote: This film really was fun to watch. The acting is great, the story is great, and Billy Crystal did a solid job directing this movie. If this movie was released in theatres, it could've earned Barry Pepper an Oscar nomination for Best Actor(not saying it would've, it could've).
(fr) wrote: Seriously??? All of these terrible reviews are surprising to me. I mean, I wasn't expecting it to win a best picture Oscar but come on critics! This movie is suppose to be taken as a very non serious action movie. One that you can buy an extra large tub of popcorn, some raisinettes and a large drink and switch your brain to autopilot and enjoy yourself! People don't know how to do that anymore and it's their loss.

(fr) wrote: The most emotionally powerful of the trilogy, Return of the King sees our adventures with Frodo and the fellowship come to a dramatic yet thrilling end. While the ending is somewhat a predictable one considering knowledge from the books, the film manages to retain attention with beautiful acting, emotive scripting and breathtaking effects. One of the few trilogies which progressively improved with each instalment.
