(es) wrote: Starts off a little cliche and then the characters keep getting more interested. Was really surprised that this wound up being such a great, light hearted movie!
(ru) wrote: Awesome story, great acting! I loved it <3
(it) wrote: A very beautiful documentary.
(mx) wrote: What I thought might be a cute movie for kids was nothing but an hour and a half long brainwashing session - do not let younger children see this. The lectures on global warming were beyond upsetting.
(es) wrote: not as cheesy as expected, of course too much sex had to be involved, a different type of bad guy/killer
(nl) wrote: Might be the stupidest name for a movie I've ever heard.
(au) wrote: Hate this ultra-low budget indie post-modern satire for its pretension and shallow yet blinding glimpses at the obvious. Love this ultra-low budget indie post-modern satire for its originality, its anti-Hollywood sensibilities , the logic of its insane meta-conclusion, its warped astringent wit. I think it lies somewhere in between, where a decent story would have corrected its most obvious flaws and allowed its most obvious virtues to shine.

(kr) wrote: Quite possibly the worst movie I've ever seen.
(us) wrote: Typical Lucy/Desi movie from the 50's. Cute, but hard to imagine them realistically in any situation other than the Ricardo's on I Love Lucy...

(fr) wrote: I'm watching it now. I'm to the part where the bombers take off and head for Tokyo. I'm taken by how many stars are in this film - Spencer Tracy, Van Johnson, Robert Mitchum, Robert Walker. I saw another reviewer comment about how 'sappy' the movie was. Well, all movies back then were sappy - you have to review a movie like this in context with the time in which it was produced, in my opinion. Sure it's sappy, but for a sappy 40s war film, this is one of the best. Very strong performances by the cast, and as I'm watching the actual bombing, I'm struck by by how realistic the bombing scenes are. Are they using the actual footage from the bombing? Looks like it.

(jp) wrote: This is an absolute disgrace of a movie. I didn't like it from the get-go. I can't believe such crude and horribly discriminating comments came out of Jason Bateman's mouth. It's all around crude, and ultimately unfunny.
