Ian L (jp) wrote: Self indulgent and disappointing, with archive footage that barely relates to the city, (why do we need scenes of American troops in Korea?). This is a very personal piece and hard to critique properly, except I will say how did he manage to fund something that is so obscure and self obsessed - was this project justified as part of the City of Culture? If so, we was robbed!

Poo B (ag) wrote: The facts are wrong and the fantasy is flowing, really wierd (tv-)movie. Its like they are so impressed by his life and some of his speeches that they had to make him eat rudly and burn his fathers bees...what the fuck man? who has those facts? But sure I get why they do it, because they did too good of a job on showing his way on how he become who he was so who cant sympathise with his sad confusing young life. sabertooth/the fake conan obrien is in it and lookes a little out of tune. To sum it all up, A good/fun movie but not a historical movie by any means, so its nothing you should watch in your history class, which is exactly what I did...

Kris V (nl) wrote: This little Swedish comedy about small time cops trying to keep their job by staging crimes works very well and has some genuinly funny moments.

Professor W (nl) wrote: A collection of 4 short stories all revolving around robots (as the title implies). The stories have a kind of Twilight Zone feel to them but none are very good. My favorite was the third story, a tale of two robots who seek love. Definitely not the most original story but it was interesting. Each story is about the length of a TV Show minus the commercials. Acting: 6/10 Story: 6/10 Originalality: 7/10 Soundtrack: 4/10 Characters: 4/10 Overall Rating: 5.4/10

Peter P (nl) wrote: Fantastic wilderness movie with Bronson and Marvin reuniting and being awesome in a game of cat and mouse through the Yukon. The scenery is just stunning, and some of the shots that they were able to get were pretty impressive, and the ending was great with that final glance back between the two, lots of unspoken stuff going on there, between the characters and the actors.

Michael R (ag) wrote: The best of the Billy Jack series. They seem to get better as they go. Unfortunately this movie never made it to the theatres back when it was suppose to because it was blackballed. It still speaks to corruption of today and was probably right on back then as well. Good to see Billy Jack able to fight with his mind this time.

Janice F (it) wrote: Enjoyable movie, but must say Drew,Barrmnore is quite possibly the worst actress of all time. Her acting does not sell me on a mother of two boys at all. He lines are clumsy and her shtick is even clumsier. The bit when she's stuck up in the parachuting? Cringe worthy. When Adam Sandler is the stronger actor, there's a problem. I liked the story and some cute and laughable moments. The other couple all over each other was just stupid, did Adam just write them in for the trip to Africa? A half way enjoyable watch for another Adam Sandler movie, have no expectations and you'll be entertained.
