Trouble B (jp) wrote: Banderas puts in a fascinating performance, just great all-round, and a fantastic twist.

Pavandeep S (br) wrote: Man, was this a plain dumb movie, very novice and little in the way of enticement except the art teacher.

Ireland B (ru) wrote: This was an absolutely outstanding film! I enjoyed it very much. I have watched it over & over because it is so great! I love the movie and the hero. It is so good and inspiring. GO WATCH THIS MOVIE IT IS SO GREAT!

Daniel M (br) wrote: Toy Story 2 is definitely an improvement over its predecessor. It still offers an excellent story, stunning animation, loveable characters and a talented voice cast such as Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Joan Cusack. This is a must-watch for the ones who enjoyed the first Toy Story film. Pixar, you've done it again. 5 out of 5 stars.

gabriel m (ca) wrote: The film has potential and it has it's best nostalgic moments.

Luke A (jp) wrote: First movie that I cried watching. It is so sad, but it's filmmaking is executed so depressingly well. Truely beautiful, fresh and somehow optimistic. Love this movie.

Sarah C (ru) wrote: this one was pretty good, one of drew barrymore's best, give it a go

JJ H (ca) wrote: An entertaining post-appocyplic film that stars the great Bruce Campbell. With an original concept, great gore, and fantastic zombie, this is worth your time. If Bruce was in the film more, I'd think this would be worthy of owning. I'm dead serious. "Hail to the King!"

Andy C (br) wrote: superb film, captures the reality of a family struggling to make ends meet and deal with the expectations of their children. Some superb performances from Stanton and Steenburgen and the children. The Paris Texas of Christmas films, amazed that Disney released this!!

Weul S (nl) wrote: Dr. Mabuse is probably one of the greatest super villains in cinema history. As connected as Keyser Soze, as hypnotic as Dracula, as intelligent as Moriarty, & as ruthless as Hannibal Lecter. Too bad this first movie runs over 4 hrs; so much superb villainy gets exhausting.

Nate S (kr) wrote: As usual anything Swaize's in is good.

Nelson M (es) wrote: The Long Good Friday stands among the great gangster films of all time, but unfortunately, it seems to go unnoticed. It seems rare to find this film mentioned in any circles despite being one of the most unflinching portrayals of crime put on film. Maybe it's because the film is far more political, as in out right political, than most films? It raises questions involving capitalism, the IRA, problems within the system, corruption, among many others. Maybe that's why people don't bring it up more? Or is it because the protagonist loses at the end, when we really want to see him succeed despite his horrendously evil nature. I see this almost as a precursor to The Sopranos in it's style, deliver, and scope than anything else. At any rate, this ranks among the great of the crime films and should not go unnoticed any time soon.

Aaron P (ru) wrote: As a chess player and a fan of the game, I was slightly disappointed in the way the story was portrayed. Although Maguire and Scheiber were imo terrific.
