Matt M (nl) wrote: War of the Arrows may sport gorgeous cinematography and slick action scenes, but it can't escape the clichs of other historical epics or devote enough time to character and plot development.

Peter P (fr) wrote: Awesome taut movie that holds you in your seat and makes you pay attention. This is Val Kilmers best work since Tombstone and he seems to be right at home in the Mamet universe. The rest of the cast works well, although Macy is a little under used. The story itself is great and although some people will probably have a problem with pace I think it works perfectly for the mood that is being set. Great movie.

Bengel W (fr) wrote: Americans getting shot so a fantastic and somewhat brutal and fun start to this movie. Kurt, Ving and Scott give a harsh characterization to the themes allowing the flow of the script to punch hard. Music and sound are smart and brash with there own story adding to the mix. Camera is off hand and distant giving the action shock value. Nibbles: Goulash.

Cole F (au) wrote: Though it wasn't as bad as some people are making it out to be, the lack of the original cast and childish humor make Home Alone 3 an unimpressive third installment.

Craig L (kr) wrote: Prep yourself by watching Clockwork Orange..then you can look past the "objectionable" material and just enjoy the humor.

Alicia H (mx) wrote: Tom Selleck done a great job in this western, I loved it for it had a twist of romance in it as well...

Gwen D (ru) wrote: Ah yes, the very well dressed and coiffed roller gangs. Must be the early '90s. For all that, it was very cool for the day, and still maintains its entertainment value. Watch for short homages to the old sports/anti-establishment movie "Rollerball".

probowl 4 (ru) wrote: Excellent Mafia movie that is based off of a true story. 'Donnie Brasco' is quotable, intense and provides a nice mix of comic relief mostly from Al Pacino. Both Pacino and Depp are immensely realistic and attention grabbing. Also praise for Michael Madsen who is fantastic with his 'asshole/bad guy' persona.

Thomas K (fr) wrote: Over Long. Less is more. What can I say. There are parts of this film I adore. Kong pushing Ann over and laughing, is genuinely one of my favourite film moments. This film also features one of my least favourite film moments. The farce of the dinosaurs tripping over. Such a shame. Edit 45 minutes out and I sincerely believe we'd have a 5 star film on our hands.
