BIRDEMIC 2 is about a flock of eagles and vultures wreak havoc amidst blossoming romance in Hollywood, California, leaving bloodshed and destruction wherever they hover. The acting was god awful, the directing is some of the worst directing I've seen and the visual effect's in this movie are so fake and so unfinished that when the actors are fighting back at the killer birds you can easily see that there not hitting them at all, because you know the actors and the visual effect's group didn't really know what they where going.
(jp) wrote: Earnestly made but this is one painfully slow moving movie about a lot of trivial things. It reeks "low budget independent film" and tends to be pretentious, as well as pointless. Decently acted, but it's really just stupid.

(de) wrote: Um, awkward. The acting is bad and the script (or what little of it is there... so let's replace "script" with "improvisation") is bad. Characters were irrational and did not act believably at all. The premise is decent, but I'm sorry, Paul Schneider just does not give off "ladies' man" vibes. Bleh. Skip it.

The only redeeming quality was watching Ben Kingsley try to act wooden faced, like a puppet..... Team America comes closer to being like the Thunderbirds, than this piece of drek.....

(br) wrote: I'm giving this one 3 stars just because it entertained me in it's own stupid little way.The acting was horrible and some of the things that happened were completely retarted but it made me laugh so I can't totally hate it.I recommend it if you like silly low budget horror that doesn't take itself too seriously.

(fr) wrote: I think it is quite telling that Bart the Bear is considered to be the most famous actor in the cast. He certainly added to the mix and raised it up briefly from being a dull CBC coming of age drama. Okay to show your eight year old but mainly forgettable.
(ru) wrote: Call me crazy but if the execution was a little more consistent I would have said that; strictly as a monster movie, this should be held up with the likes of Tremors or even Jaws.
(kr) wrote: Robert Redford's directorial debut is absorbing and well-acted.
(nl) wrote: Unfortunately not widely released due to financial issues this is very strong political thriller. Possibly Beckinsale's best work. Strong supporting cast and excellent direction leading to fast paced tense storytelling. First rate.
(ag) wrote: This is what happens when America takes a good British idea and pisses on it. In fact, it wasn't even about Mr Bean, it was centered around some random art dude (MacNicol performed well). I wonder if someone unfamiliar with Mr Bean might like it better.
(it) wrote: This is one of those movies I vaguely remember seeing the poster for but never saw a trailer or heard anyone talk about it. My mom suggested it to me and I didn't know what to expect going in. If you're someone who tends not to like inspirational movies like this I don't know how you'll feel about it. I've always maintained that they're very difficult types of movies to get right and not be corny but I felt like this one did a good job at.
