Naughtia N (ru) wrote: I'm very much in to science fiction movies but this movie is dreadful. I started out thinking that the special effects and robots were very neatly done but I got extremely turned off by the awful acting. This movie had a lot of potential but it never really got pulled off. In this movie the robots were more capable of showing emotions than the humans were, and I very much doubt that people in the distant future will lose their ability to think logically and to express their emotions. I mean who in their right mindset would not be fearful or want to flee when they see someone getting shot dead? What's the point? Are they trying to tell us that people will get more stupid in the future? As a huge fan of Farscape I was expecting more from actor Lani John Tupu, but this movie did not reflect his best sides in my opinion. I really liked him in Farscape. My advice to others is to not watch this movie unless you have nothing else to do, maybe not even then.

Kendall I (au) wrote: Pretty good! Spooky storyline, average acting, and some very h-o-t and steamy parts! A very good low-budget film with very few effects. Overall, good.

Mel O (us) wrote: So disappointed in this, I loved smack the pony and think the girls are so funny in the show, and when I heard about this film, staring the smack the pony girls , I was ready for a hilarious stupid chick-flick type movie! But how wrong was I?! I didn't laugh once and found it quite boring, it's a shame, it could have been so much more.

Steve W (ru) wrote: Serviceable because of the cast but the writing is not up to par with Pat Proft's better efforts. from watching this, you'd never know it was the same writer of the Hot Shots movies and Naked Gun trilogy. Nielsen is wonderful as always, but the movie isn't as funny as it should be.

Melanie F (mx) wrote: Lots of obnoxious jokes, kind of crazy. Lots of cameos that keep you watching but mostly nonsense.

J Fares G (mx) wrote: Here you get the real shit, this movie is Dopeness. I remember first time i watched it... it just confirmed me the feeling i had: "Doesn't matter where you live, it remains the same stories!"

Grant S (ca) wrote: The story of a very dysfunctional family and what happens when the parents divorce. Eve (Geraldine Page) and Arthur (EG Marshall) are a 60-something couple, recently separated. They have three adult daughters - Renata (Diane Keaton), Joey (Mary Beth Hurt) and Flyn (Kristin Griffith). Renata is a poet and is married to Frederick (Richard Jordan). Joey is (reluctantly) in advertising and is married to Mike (Sam Waterston). Joey is a film and TV actress. Eve is an incredibly negative woman and this has had a toxic effect on her children. This results in stifling, unsupportive relationships and joyless lives.Woody Allen at his most introspective and negative. A very well made film, with Allen demonstrating his prowess behind the camera to full effect. Some great camera angles, fixed angle shots and lingering shots. Great performances too from all concerned. However, for the first 90% of the movie there is hardly a cheerful moment (this is clearly not one of the "funny ones"). Negativity is piled upon negativity. This is largely led by the mother, Eve, who is one of the most irritating, depressing characters in all of cinema. Equally depressing is how this has rubbed off on her children. The pain of watching the first 90% does pay off in the end, as the final few scenes tie the movie together and provide the closure and relief. The contrast is stark, like a release valve being opened, and make the movie worth watching. It is really a matter of gritting your teeth and getting through the first 90%...

Dustin B (us) wrote: A disturbing story that tells of the life of a child soldier. With an outstanding performance by Idris Elba and a storyline that deals with an important topic that should be more visible, 'Beasts of No Nation' is a fascinating film.
