Song Kang-ho gives a spirited performance as the protagonist. There was a moment in the film when I dreaded that things would take an "A Few Good Men" turn, but thankfully, that didn't happen. Not a bad movie at all. Kept me interested till the end. Also, provided a great insight into a period of political turbulence in South Korea, just before the 1988 Olympics.?

Prabhat R (br) wrote: This movie is yet another shocking and out-of-the-box experience that one has come to associate from Anurag Kashyap. A girl's search for her father lands her in the midst of strangers, all ready to feed on her at the drop of a hat, while she navigates her way through this shithole of a city. This provides enough opportunities for the director to introduces some dark characters, albeit with quirks, all trademark Kashyap, and a realistic execution, no holds barred. The ending is a shocker and a first-time thing in an Indian movie. It's bold, free of ridiculous and hacked-up conventions that Indian movies are plagued with. Hats off, as always, to Mr. Kashyap for hatching such an invigorating and repulsive image of the city, yet staying true to its soul. Koelchin was damn bloody good, her best performance so far.
Zach M (de) wrote: Was hoping that this would be a good continuation of the Sleepaway Camp series but alas it was very brutal. It was cool that the movie had some of the major original cast members but they can't even help this movie. It was also pretty damn funny that Isaac Hayes played The Chef, that was actually what he was called. Also nice to have the original writer/director back.
Joseph P (gb) wrote: Very funny for a Bollywood movie, usually when I see a Bollywood movie it is not funny and uses old immature childish cartoon jokes. Even though it does have those elements its still I really good movie with a good plot plus a really long running time for a comedy movie.

Some stupid dialogue and acting, along with a so so story, makes for an atypical AIP picture. No eating of brains shown! Cheat!
