Steve W (br) wrote: Midnight Run this ain't. Jackie Chan is a straight laced detective who must avenge his fallen partner, and teams up with a brash and over the top American Johnny Knoxville in order to take down some baddies. The action scenes are there but shades lower than previous efforts, but its just a disposable action buddy comedy movie and nothing more. Fan Bingbing is nice to look at and so is the Russian chick, but this movie could have been a lot better with all the talent involved.

Blake M (de) wrote: Atrociously bad! Terrible script, Terrible Directing, Terrible Acting, Terrible Camera work this thing is one of the worst movies I've ever seen.I laughed tons, though not in a good way. Santa's Workshop in the bowels of WEM was hillarious though, really bad mock up special effects that nobody found it worth replacing. Here's to hoping it kills the careers of all creatively involved.

Sophie W (gb) wrote: This is possibly one of my favourite movies ever! I'm surprised it hasn't got more positive reviews! Anne Hathaway wasn't that good as Jane, but James McAvoy's performance was superb. The ending will have you in tears, if not that then other moments of the film will do

Gregory D (br) wrote: Glamorous movie about Michael Alig, James St. James, and the club kids. The make-up, costumes, and music is just a campy treat. Of course, there are drugs involved and you see the downward spiral it takes on the characters in this film. Culkin portrayal of Alig is so creepy, dark comic, and just wow....Wilmer Valderama is so adorable in this movie. The movie starts out strong and does drag through the latter parts, but the film is still overall good.

Tristan P (mx) wrote: Fun, nicely animated version of Roald Dahl's classic tale. The story of the dream-catching giant follows the story pretty much to the letter. The voice-casting is also pretty good with David Jason doing a bang-up job as the BFG. The weakest element are the songs.

Ryan T (us) wrote: Aronofsky delivers a true gem that's gritty, well acted, and all too real. Any film that can make such a unique character so relatable and make you feel for them while giving you a suspenseful ending deserves some kudos.
