The performances are great, it's well photographed. It does go off on a few too many tangents and it occasionally sinks into cliche's subplots, but overall it held my interest and had some very intense and suspenseful moments.

The household mishaps seem staged and the characters are so stock it's pathetic (i.e., the horny neighbor, the creepy boss, the inept repairman etc.).
