Hasn't got the class of either, though it does stand its ground well with other genre pieces due to some good performances and quality portrayals of violence. Joe Cole and English Frank are top, like to see more of them.

(au) wrote: The We and the I? is not as memorable as Michel Gondry's more popular works, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind? and The Science of Sleep.? It comes across as muddled and all over the place initially but as the narrative progresses, it becomes a much cohesive and heartfelt dramedy. The film has sort of a mockumentary style to it " raw and unpolished, and its characters appear very spontaneous in what they say or do, which has both an up and downside. It starts off confusingly juvenile but rounds up with some distinguished performances and poignant moments brought by the young cast.

(kr) wrote: This movie has everything right; the best visual flair, a compelling cast of interesting characters, and dark,noir-type story, action sequences ripped from the best graphic novels, but in fluid motion, and more. The soundtrack is even good. It has everything right. But combined, it simply doesn't work.

(kr) wrote: The classic Muppet movies were heartfelt comedies that gave us memorable, original songs and plenty of funny celebrity cameos. "Muppets From Space" falls short of that high mark, relying on 70's disco/pop songs and B-List celebrities. The beginning and end of the movie are good, though.
