Alton L (it) wrote: The Villains were awesome. The heroes were adequate. The story was good. The action was well done. All together, a fun ride and well directed. Janet McTeer stole the show.

Kayoko I (it) wrote: The sound when something strange happens, it's very scary!! Even though Ryo who played Rin has no eyebrows, I like her makeup in this movie very much. She's so beautiful.

Caesar B (br) wrote: The main character, played by Tim Robbins, is a enhanced gestapo officer sent to find out who's been messing with the government issued allotments and ends up falling in love with the woman that done did it, cheating on his wife in the process and messing up his perfectly government run life If ever there was an advertisement for the globalist agenda this is it. Somehow it manages to romantise a totally distopic future. It is suggested that something big and terrible happend to humanity and a superpower took over, leaving the people with: Small time corruption Controlled reproduction and genetics, designer babies and forced abortion i.e. eugenics Government issued memory wipes All manner of biometric identfication Total government surveillance Plenty of creepy closeups of eyes and references to Egyption mythology Controlled mega-cities including restricted travel and compact shit appartments Vast wastelands outside these mega-cities where all the rejects house Corporate fascism Designer viruses Apperantly it's a global government that has left the future populus with such blessing, cause everbody speaks a weird mix of Chinese, English, Spanish, Indian, Arabic and French Apart from all this great freaky distopic creepyness it's a pretty boring movie, the love story might be interesting to those that are classicly schooled, but it's pretty damn slow and not very rewarding on an emotional level. All in all I feel that it's all just another vehicle for globalist propaganda.

Frances H (it) wrote: Hauntingly beautiful film about a quiet genius unable to handle the practical side of life who finds love and understanding from a young socialite (played by the luminous Emily Watson). John Turturro delivers a stellar performance unlike anything I've ever seen him in before, and should have garnered a Best Actor nomination. It matters not if you like chess or not, this film is excellent!

Facebook U (us) wrote: Kind of watchable post-high school film very cutesy and sometimes creepy about some a-capella comps. Girls vs boys group. The boy group was so superior. Sexy girls but mostly lesbians. Light story but with a funny beat that was hanging on. Of course the girls underdog had to make a good comeback. Funny extras on the DVD.
