(br) wrote: Whoa! Talk about watching a movie without knowing what it is about! What started out as a humdrum romantic comedy turned out to be surprisingly dark and suspenseful. One of those doppelgnger flicks where I had to hit Rewind more than once, in order to figure out w.t.h. was going on.

And what's a better way to do it than watching this great fan-documentary. Of course it's a bit one-sided but the facts are given in an understandable and unclouded manner. There were a couple of great interviews with ex-players and coaches too. Interviewing the passionate Sherman Alexie for the movie was a stroke of pure genius, his words rang so true. As a Sonics-fan this is mandatory viewing material.

(ca) wrote: This movie isn't great buy isn't a total disaster either. The movie was meant to be over the top. It's at least watchable for me .

(nl) wrote: It's because of movies like these that I do not like to gamble or casinos.Very well casted and well played by everyone! Best performance from both ends of Tim Roth and Ray Liotta. I was also impressed by Danny DeVito's role.
(it) wrote: Name one thing worse then being skinned alive: Watching Ghost Lake. Don't be fooled by the cover, this movie is a royal shitfest. Speaking of the cover, I just love how similar it looks to gee, oh, I don't know, THE FOG?!?! The tool who quoted "One of the best horror movies I've seen in years!" couldn't have sat through any horror films in the past few years besides this one. I was robbed of my money, don't let the same thing happen to you.
(gb) wrote: Despite the overly cheesy ending which spoils everything, 'Below' has a scary atmosphere and several good performances. Still it needed a few more scares and a little more emphasis on the story than the attempted commentary on war.

(us) wrote: I was taken by suprise at how much I really enjoyed the movie, but I found it hard to watch at times. The plot basically follows the painful journey of a boy who is naive, brash, irresponsible, and demanding, but at the same time caring, confused, and ultimately oblivious to his actions and the consequences that must follow. The director gives you all the details you need to know about the characters and then leaves you to judge them. This films definitely worth a gander.
(kr) wrote: Neither very original (I married a witch, anyone?) nor very funny, this film is saved from being just plain drab by good performances, mostly from James Stewart & Jack Lemmon.
(fr) wrote: Incredible movie. Funny, sweet, incredibly realistic in its dialogue, due to the fantastic script from the film's stars, beautiful cinematography, and a fantastic chemistry from Hawke and Delpy. This follow-up to the fantastic 1995 film captures the real feel of these characters and their lives and the few hours they have together.
(ru) wrote: It's starts off with bad music that doesn't fit the film and continues all the way through. The film is so cheesy with a bad script and questionable acting. Only made it half way through before turning it off.
(fr) wrote: Worst f**king movie I've ever seen. Only thing that I did like was the music. Didn't make sense either that the one girl is using today's technology reading from her shell thing and using it as a flashlight yet they had very old TV's, cars, refrigerators etc. Plus had a newer above ground pool. Also loved how the old abandoned schools pool was nice and clean with the power on.
