Kylie B (fr) wrote: I expected this to be really cheesy and naff, and...well, in certain areas it still was. However, it was also a lot more seriously entertaining than I initially gave it credit for. The only thing I didn't really care for was the turncoat agent's stripperiffic PVC ensemble in the finale. I mean, who wears something so revealing when they know there's likely to be a serious fight?
Andy I (fr) wrote: Plenty of laughs, and this is Robin Williams very much in his comfort zone. The conspiracy theory is daft, however any criticism that the film aspires in some way to fictionalise the world according to John Stewart and Stephen Colbert miss the comedy value in what is a funny, easy-watching film. Christopher Walken is not used often enough (is never used often enough) and you've seen Robin Williams do this film 10 times before - but the jokes are good if you take the film for what it is.

Adam R (ag) wrote: Kevin Smith treats his fans to a lot of inside jokes. If you haven't seen his previous movies this isn't for you. It's a wild movie with lots of profanity and crude humor, but it's very entertaining. A guilty pleasure from my late teen years! (First viewing - Summer 2002)

Tommy F (au) wrote: First of all, this was a great entry in the Bond series. I loved the introduction of Q. I love this new direction of gritty realism. It was almost a callback to GoldenEye, one of my favorite Bond movies as a child. I love the former 00-agent facing off against Bond story. My only nit to pick is Casino Royale and Quantum were furthering the same start whereas Skyfall was a standalone... and I want to see where that original story was going.
Brad S (br) wrote: What an overrated mess of a movie. Terrible score music, horrendous and amateur acting from lead Brad Davis, and just overall poor execution on most production elements. I was so frustrated with this movie, I fast forwarded thru the last 40 minutes. I'm completely dumbfounded for the love of this movie.
