Laney C (fr) wrote: The story needed work. Still cute though.

m w (it) wrote: I just really enjoy David and his art so for me this was entertaining despite the low production quality. Didn't realize he was a religious guy but Korean Americans usually are, not that that matters...just a thought. Found his jail journal and some of the stuff from his art shows and in the Congo really enjoyable.

Jason B (it) wrote: Don't remember finishing it, couldn't connect with the characters based on their behavior.

Shaun B (ru) wrote: Not too bad of a film. Has really weird sex montages though.

Tristan P (ca) wrote: Entertaining, if somewhat disappointing (and even at times, obnoxious) feature finds the famous French heroes training a young boy and fighting against the Vikings. It's good to see a traditionally animated film again in the late 2000s. But the storyline is so predictable. Justforkix makes an annoying hero, with the usually reliable Sean Astin not really helping things. Evan Rachel Wood is all right but her character seems too much like a cartoon version of Elizabeth Swann. Of the actors who provide the voices, Paul Giamatti and Brad Garrett seem to have the most fun as Asterix and Obelix.

Private U (au) wrote: A really funny film, fans of Smith and Jones will get the humour instantly. Jimmy Nail is a gem and the scene in the mental institution works very well. Also watch out for Miriam Margolyes in a superb cameo role.

Yash B (us) wrote: Man this is a boring superhero movie. A few actions scenes can't save this one, it's pretty slow paced. The dialogue is not compelling and there's no payoff. I did not enjoy this movie much, the newer one is much better.

Ryan M (gb) wrote: A documentary and reenactment of climbers Joe Simpson (Brendan Mackey) and Simon Yates (Nicholas Aaron) first accent of the Siula Grande in the Peruvian Andes in 1985, and the disaster that followed. After Simpson broke his leg in a fall on the decent, Yates is forced to lower him down the mountain with ropes in a treacherous snowstorm. Their plan works for a time but eventually puts Yates in a position where he is forced to decide whether to cut the rope and save himself or likely die of exposure fighting for a lost cause. While the acting and production value is a little budget, the story will blow your mind. It touches on themes of courage, despair, regret and responsibility. All the while leaving you asking yourself, "what would I have done?"

Jake P (fr) wrote: Could of been so much better tho it's not bad it's just an ok forgettable movie.
