Rolf H (ag) wrote: Kept everything I loved from the show and my Kickstarter money was well spent. Best line of the film belongs to Dick Casablancas as he describes himself as a Sexual Sharknado.

LaShawn P (ru) wrote: I loved the 1st one, so this is a MUST see for me. I appreciate the artistry of Tyler Perry.

Michael T (us) wrote: Colorful, empty fun.

Ken J (br) wrote: I think this is such an underrated movie and, now, in 2016, think the same. I love the storyline, I love the actors, the action, the characters, and the pace of the movie.

Kristi M (fr) wrote: It's decent in the sense where it reminds us of where processed food comes from but for anyone who's mildly educated in the matter none of it is surprising. The part at the end with the slaughter was supposed to be a disturbing gross out, which yes it is but regardless of whether an animal is slaughtered on a ranch or slaughterhouse it's basically the same process so it really lacked the punch it was going for. Slaughterhouse, car factory, etc all run risk of hurting yourself when you're operating heavy machinery designed to cut things. The little "free the cows" escapade showing the cows not wanting to leave and be complacent connecting with the society's own complacency wasn't a stretch to grasp and kind of insulting really that it was supposed to have more of an impact.. Bringing in the illegal workers was pretty unnecessary considering the poor citizens in our own country working in factories aren't immune to the same situations with working in a dangerous factory at odd hours although it did add some melodrama. Nobody was forced to do anything that they didn't agree to in the first place. And why is this targeting only America like it's the only country in the world applicable to these things? I appreciate the heart behind it but really the whole yarn is pretty pointless.

Adam S (gb) wrote: Underrated black comedy with a great cast. Gets an extra star for Zooey Deschanel :D

Lafe F (it) wrote: I'm game for anything with Ricky Tomlinson in it.

Samson G (ru) wrote: It's great, but with so many characters and a face pace, it's difficult to become emotionally attached. That said, there are a few compelling and memorable ones in there, and if it's gutsy action you want, look no further.

Joe L (ru) wrote: Hmm guess I must review this one again. Getting Any? starts out really funny and does a good job at keeping up that wacky tone throughout the movie. Kitano is funny as the mad scientist and the lead guy does look like the type who isn't good with the ladies but wishes he was. His journey to have car sex takes him across all different types of vehicles and assorted jobs/criminal attempts which he thinks will land him the big bucks to be able to do it. It's a classic slapstick comedy, but is totally unique to Japan. Sometimes a little dumb and boring, but overall enjoyable. In the end this movie is asking you Minna Yatsuteruka!!! :P

Neil F (kr) wrote: Probably the best movie Madonna's ever been in lol... Nicely captures that mid-80's vibe...

Gordon B (ru) wrote: thought I was watching a 70s era horror film, instead I get a lot of scenes ,and I mean A LOT of scenes, where New York punk bands play really bad music. In the end the best thing about the film was its title

Guilherme N (br) wrote: Underrated elegant movie, full of interesting images, in spite of it's sometimes muddled plot

Alex r (ag) wrote: Low Budget horror comedy is a forgotten gem of the genre, one that is amusing for fans that are looking for a tongue in cheek horror film to watch. The film features the performance of a young Virginia Madsen. Zombie High overall is a decent time waster with nothing great going for it, but for what it is a, manages to be an entertaining horror comedy that is better than you might think. However it does leave room for improvement, and there are aspects of the film that should have been much better. As it is, it's a decent affair, one that is good for what it tries to accomplish, but at the same time you do want a bit more substance to the film. But that is to be expected from a low budget, Straight to Video title. Despite the movie's shortcomings, Zombie High is entertaining, and for the most parts will surely appeal to diehard horror fans. There are some good ideas that are present within the film, but they never seem to come to fruition due to an underdeveloped script, which if it would have been rewritten and reworked, would surely have been a terrific and memorable horror film. Zombie High is a flawed picture, one that is worth seeing, but it never seems to take off with its interesting ideas, and you can only imagine how good the film might have been if the film's script would have been reworked a bit more. Nonetheless, it's a decent, worthwhile film to watch if you enjoy low budget, cheesy forgotten gems of the genre. The film is decent overall, and it's worth watching, just don't expect a great film with this one, you're surely going to be disappointed.
